Title: Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics Goals: Result of the thesis " Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics " will be a key tool in the selection of new youth coaches in Prague athletic club Spartak Praha 4. The aim is to create a personality profile athletics youth coach. Methods: All respondents were interviewed by a written assessment of personality traits. A group of experts (trainers) in addition to the written forms was invited to semistructured interview, on the basis of which was compiled a list of competencies for use in a written interview. Results: The result is job competency profile coach youth athletics. Results of the survey were captured graphically.
